LSM Fall Retreat 2025

Every year, the student ministry takes a couple of days to get away from the busyness and distractions of our daily lives to connect with God and with each other. This year, we will be heading to Falls Creek in Oklahoma for a weekend of worship, discipleship, good food, and a whole lot of fun! The cost is $80 per student, and this will include all meals, lodging, transportation, and a T-Shirt! Dates are Novemeber 23-25. We will leave Sunday night after park night and get back by noon on Tuesday.

I agree to the following Statement

I give permission to include my student in LSM’s pictures, videos and/or oter media. I give permission to LSM to seek a qualifed person to provide treatment for the student in the event he/she is ill or injured. I do covenant to hold harmless Lamar Baptist Church, its sponsors and representatives, from any and all liabilities arising from the medical treatment for my student.

I agree to the following Statement

I understand that in the event of an emergency due to sickness or accident while involved with the activity of Lamar Baptist Church, Arlington, Texas, every attempt will be made to contact immediately the persons listed on this form. In the event I cannot be reached, I hereby give my permission to the physician selected by the person in charge to secure any necessary medical and/or surgical treatment for my child. I also understand my signature below indicates that this form is valid for any and all activities my child is involved in with Lamar Baptist Church during the year 2025 and that if any of the information I have provided changes I will contact the church with this information. I understand that my insurance coverage for my child will be used as primary coverage in the event medical intervention is needed and that I will be responsible for all remaining copays and/or percentages not covered by my insurance. I understand all reasonable safety precautions will be taken at all times by Lamar Baptist Church and its agents during the events and activities. I understand the possibility of unforeseen hazards and know the inherent possibility of risk. I agree not to hold Lamar Baptist Church, its pastors, leaders, employees, and volunteer staff liable for damages, losses, diseases, or injuries incurred by my child.

Our Sunday Morning Bible Study begins at 10:45 AM. We’ll have interactive teaching and small groups each week.

Wednesday Nights

Join us in Layne Hall at 6:30 for midweek teaching, games, and time to hang out with friends. There are Wednesday Night activities during the Summer.
