Dale is the Senior Director of Alumni and Parent Engagement at Dallas Baptist University. A native of Mansfield, Texas, he has 25 years of experience in ministry, including student ministry, church planting, and pastoring in cities such as Birmingham, Nashville, Seattle, and Fort Worth. Dale earned both his bachelor’s degree and PhD from DBU, as well as his Master of Divinity from Beeson Divinity School. He and his wife, Tina, met at DBU and have been married for over 25 years. They have two beautiful daughters, Hannah and Kaitlyn, who are currently students at DBU.
