Emily joined Lamar in 2021, after graduating with a Journalism degree from the University of Oklahoma, and a minor in Religious Studies and Computational Technology. At OU, Emily was heavily involved in the Baptist Collegiate Ministry. Emily loves children, is excited to see how God moves at Lamar in the coming years, and enjoys living in Dallas with her husband, Ian.
