Rose has worked in the education field for 14 years. Taking a few years from the workforce to raise her 3 daughters, Rose joined Lamar’s staff in 2022. She was brought onto staff to help coordinate our growing kid’s ministry. Her passion is to bring her relationship with Jesus into her work not only with children but their families. She graduated in 2006 with a degree in Child Development and Psychology from California State University Northridge. Continuing her education, she worked towards an endorsement in Early Childhood Special Education from The University of Wyoming. Rose has been married to her high school sweetheart, Marvin, for 13 years. They live in North Arlington with their 3 girls. In her spare time Rose enjoys spending time with her family bowling, swimming, and playing sports. She also enjoys Photography as a hobby. Rose can be reached at rose@lamarbaptist.org
